How It All Began
Joseph Quaderer has always been passionate about storytelling. After earning degrees from the University of Notre Dame (BA in finance) and NYU Stern School of Business (MBA in finance and strategy), Joseph spent 17 years as a banker on Wall Street. Toward the end of his finance career, he earned an MS in journalism from Columbia Journalism School, a step that reflected his growing passion for storytelling. Ultimately, this passion led him to leave the financial world behind to help others share their stories.
A New Chapter Unfolds
Joseph first founded StorySavor, where he and his team wrote biographies and memoirs for everyday people, capturing the stories of Alzheimer’s patients, World War II heroes, and many others. But as his career evolved, he began working with Fortune 100 CEOs, federal judges, congresswomen, retired professional athletes, and public figures, helping them craft thought leadership books and navigate the complex publishing process.Recognizing the growing demand from elite clients for high-level ghostwriting, editing, publishing, and promotion, Joseph launched Quaderer Media Group. Today, he and his team work with the world’s top writers, editors, and publishing professionals to help thought leaders and public figures bring their visionary ideas into the world, creating books that have real impact.

After spending 17 years as a banker on Wall Street, he left finance to pursue his passion for storytelling.

Michael Stahl brings over a decade of experience writing for top outlets like Rolling Stone and Vice to his role as Editorial Director at Quaderer Media Group.
